We will take every report seriously and will aim to resolve reports within 14 days.

Abusive content may include, but is not limited to the following:

• Child Abuse
• Copyright or DMCA
• Phishing
• Fraud
• Email Spam or Abuse
• Malware
• Hacking
• Other Abusive Content

What to include in your abuse report

When submitting an abuse report, please include as much information as you can. This may be different depending on the type of abuse, but you should include the following:

• The domain name or URLs where the abusive content is hosted
• Screenshots of the abusive content, full page or pages if possible
• Screenshots of abusive or spam emails (Applies to Email Spam or Abuse. Include the From and To email addresses.)
• If you are reporting Phishing, the URL of the legitimate website being impersonated

DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are submitting a DMCA Takedown notice, you must include the following to ensure your request is compliment with DMCA:

• Specify what the copyrighted content is
• The location of the copyrighted content (A domain name or URL)
• Contact information (This is in case we need to contact you; please provide your name and email address or phone number)
• Good faith statement (A statement from you saying that you believe the copyrighted material is not being used as authorised)
• Statement Under Perjury (A statement from you saying that the information provided is accurate and that you have permission to act on behalf of the copyright owner)
• A Signature (A signature from you or the copyright owner)

We will forward this notice to our customer and make it clear what they should do, and if the content is hosted on our servers, we will remove or disable access to the content.
The customer will have the opportunity to submit a DMCA Counter-Notice.
